Thank you for supporting our small business. Because our product is used in connection with diaper changing and baby care, we are unable to accept returns. For hygiene and safety reasons, any items that leave our facility cannot be resold.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our product and will gladly replace the item at no cost to you if something is wrong.

To request a replacement, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the product if applicable

Once verified, we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible.
